Jesus is Lord over every chaos if His Lordship is received.
We’re learning how to do evangelism. And today we shall learn one of the messages we must tell people.
The message is that Jesus is Lord over every chaos or problem if people will call upon Him for help and are
willing to receive Him as Lord and Saviour (Romans 10:8-13 ).
We shall also learn that, because God will use us in evangelism to set people free, the enemy will attempt to
destroy us, if possible, but God will not allow it if we remain faithful. Text Mark 4:35-41; Romans 10:8-13
In this text, a storm nearly killed the disciples with Jesus with them. But when the disciples called up Him, He
rebuked the storm and all went well.
After the storm, Jesus went ahead to set people the Father had appointed free:
Jesus Restores a Demon-Possessed Man (e.g. Mark 5:1-20)
Jesus Raises a Dead Girl and Heals a Sick Woman (Mark 5:21-43)
Thus, chaos and problems always come before victory.
Understanding how Christ becomes Lord over chaos (Mark 3:27)
Wherever there is a problem or chaos, someone/something is responsible.
Those who create the problem do so to rule in the midst of the problem.
What Jesus does is that, he removes this unlawful person or spirit and establishes His rule there.
But the recipient of the blessings must be willing to accept Jesus Christ.
The salvation pattern:
Sinfulness,
Divine judgment
Divine grace
Divine rule
The enemy rules during problems, suffering, and chaos. He cannot be where there is true peace. But
wherever there is peace, the Spirit of the Lord is there. Thus God comes to establish peace wherever He is
called upon.
It is impossible for people to have peace without accepting the rule of God
